Submitting Your Resume and Application
After reviewing the specific job requirements and determining you are a match, please submit your resume to jobs@ravilights.com. Include the job title in the subject line of the e-mail message and in your cover letter. Resumes and cover letters can be submitted as either MS Word documents or .pdf files. Resumes and e-mails received without job titles will not be routed to the appropriate hiring managers.

What Happens Next
We will acknowledge receipt of your resume and then begin an in-depth evaluation process. Carefully examining skills and experience, we determine if your qualifications are in sync with the job requirements. If we think you might be a good fit, we will contact you and schedule an interview.

General Resume Submission
We can't respond to resumes that aren't associated with a specific opening. However, we always invite you to submit your resume. Your resume will remain active for three months in our files from which we periodically search for candidates for an open position.

RaviLights does not accept resumes from contingent agencies, headhunters, or recruiters with which it has not signed a Contingent Search and Recruiting Agreement. Please be advised that any candidate information that you choose to disclose to employees of RaviLightsprior to being contracted to conduct a specific job search will be considered free and you will forfeit all rights to compensation should a candidate placement occur as a result of the information that you have disclosed unsolicited to us.

We will not consider an agency search to be valid until an Agency Agreement has been put into effect through the Human Resource Organization of RaviLights, a RaviLights purchase order number has been issued to the vendor, and specific search criteria have been communicated to the agency.
